    • Dear P. Mohanraj,

Thank you for visiting Exnora Green Pammal’s blog and expressing interest in our Green Generation Programme.

Exnora Green Pammal partners with local schools that then invite EGP’s Green Generation Programme team to lead classes on waste and waste management. The team consists of 3 instructors who lead 4 sessions, devoted to What is Waste?, The Categories of Waste, Recycling, and
      Composting.

Through the partnership, EGP also works with schools to introduce better waste management on campus. Sometimes, this involves students, who then bring types of waste from their homes for collection on campus. Such waste is then sold to local scrap dealers.

The Programme’s central message is the importance of minimizing waste through the 3Rs: Reduction, Reuse and Recycling. The classes also include lessons in ecology, such as the important servcies provided by clean waterbodies and forests.

We hope that you or your organisation will initiate such instruction in schools in your area.
